Cancellation Policy

Because every gift is custom and individualized to each order, we have a NO RETURN POLICY AND A NO REFUND POLICY ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEGUN as orders are not resellable.

All sales are final once work has begun.

Payment is due when the order is processed, communication has been made, and an invoice has been generated - if there is a need to cancel, a full refund can be processed via Square BEFORE work has begun.

For custom orders, work begins once the custom supplies have been ordered. For orders utilizing materials on hand, work begins once designs have been printed/cut. 

Please plan for a 2 week turn around for orders. Larger orders may be subject to longer turn around periods. A timeline will be disclosed upon communication and an invoice has been generated.
